Visiting means you agree to the terms and conditions of the company. Our return policy is fair and transparent. Since, our all jobs are being customized as per client’s needs, we highly recommend that upon delivery, if any customer finds his/her boxes to be faulty in any way, he/she must inform the company within 24 hours from time of delivery. In this regard, following conditions are to be met in order to proceed with quality claim:

  1. You need to send us pictures/images/snaps clearly mentioning the fault you find in your boxes.
  2. You need to immediately contact the respective sales representative with whom you had been working on the project.
  3. You need to drop a formal email with all the necessary information to and CC your respective sales representative.

Upon receiving the request, company will immediately forward the case to quality assurance. They will review the case and proceed accordingly. If the problem you mention, is found to be true, you will be informed to send back the faulty pieces to our corporate office. Upon receiving back the boxes, you will be provided reprint of those items FREE of cost.

In order to avoid any such circumstances, please make sure that you communicate each and everything very clearly and then give approval on the FINAL SPECIFICATION SHEET. We make sure transparent working with our customers and always intend to deliver quality.
